For our Mainland UK customers in zones A and B, you can expect your delivery within 24-48 hours with the postage for the 1st bag priced at just £9.95.
For our customers in the Highlands and Islands (Zone C), the 1st box is priced at £19.95 with a delivery time of 2-3 days, and the 2nd box comes in at £19.95. We prioritise your pet's health and your peace of mind, striving to offer the best delivery options available.

Until the Windsor agreement has been fully ratified we cannot send any parcels to Northern Ireland, Ireland or the EU.
- Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day via DPD.
- Delivery Window: Mainland UK customers can expect delivery within 2 working days, which are from Monday to Friday. Customers in the Highlands/Islands can expect delivery within 2-3 days, which are from Monday to Friday.
- Tracking: Customers will receive full tracking details directly from DPD.
- Unforeseen Delays: Please understand that there are occasional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., industrial action, high-order volumes during events like Black Friday or Christmas, vehicle breakdowns) that might delay deliveries. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Order Policies:
- Final Orders: Your order is finalised once it has been placed and is ready for dispatch. At this stage we will not be able to make any amendments or cancellations.
- If you've changed your mind: We're unable to provide refunds or returns in cases where the customer has changed their mind.

While we strive for all our food and packaging to be delivered in the condition it left us and on time, on the rare chance there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will work with you to reach a resolution.
